Regarding Our General Business Owner Action Plan Based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children
Dynax announces that the company has drafted the following action plan based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children with the aim of creating an environment for “balancing work and family life” and providing “support for child rearing.”
1. Purpose
The following action plan was drafted with the purpose of creating a workplace that is easy to work in, enabling employees to elicit their fullest capabilities by establishing a company policy that actively supports child rearing for employees who are balancing work and family life.

1) Objective 1: To encourage men to take child-rearing leave (parental leave to be taken by one or more male employees)
